MODALITA’ DI SPEDIZIONE E SPESE DI CONSEGNA

1.1 Restano ad esclusivo carico del Cliente, ove presenti, le spese di spedizione e consegna dei Prodotti acquistati sul Sito del Venditore, per l’importo indicato nell’offerta pubblicata sul Sito stesso, visibile nel corso della procedura d’acquisto ed esposto nell’apposito spazio denominato “Spese di spedizione”.

1.2 Le spese di spedizione e consegna, ove presenti, saranno applicate in misura fissa indipendentemente dai quantitativi di prodotti ordinati come evidenziato con chiarezza al Cliente nel corso della procedura d’acquisto, variano in funzione della quantità dei Prodotti ordinati.
1.3 Il pagamento del prezzo dei Prodotti acquistati dal Cliente sul Sito e delle spese di spedizione e consegna, come da artt. 2 dei termini e condizioni di servizio e al punto 1 della politica di spedizione , dovrà essere effettuato secondo la modalità di pagamento individuata dal Cliente tra quelle disponibili sul Sito e compatibili con l’opzione di spedizione e consegna dal Cliente stesso selezionata.
1.4 I Prodotti acquistati verranno consegnati all’indirizzo indicato dal Cliente.
1.5 I corrieri utilizzati per le consegne non effettuano di norma telefonate preventive, né gestiscono richieste di consegna delle spedizioni in orari particolari.
1.6 La spedizione della merce avverrà con Corriere Espresso.
1.7 I Prodotti vengono consegnati al corriere dal Venditore di norma entro i 3 giorni lavorativi successivi al momento in cui gli stessi Prodotti risultano disponibili effettivamente nel proprio magazzino, salvo quanto previsto al successivo art. 1.9.
1.9 In caso di mancato recapito del Prodotto per assenza del Cliente destinatario all’indirizzo, il corriere gli lascerà un avviso di mancato recapito contenente un numero di telefono, con invito al Cliente stesso a contattarlo; in ogni caso effettuerà, il giorno successivo, un nuovo tentativo di recapito. Qualora entro le 48 ore successive al mancato recapito il cliente non avrà preso alcun contatto telefonico, il corriere avrà diritto di restituire il Prodotto al Venditore.

1.1 The Customer shall bear the shipping costs and delivery of the Products purchased on the Seller's Website, for the amount indicated in the offer published on the Website, visible during the purchase procedure and displayed in the appropriate space called "Shipping".

1.2 Shipping and delivery costs, if any, will be applied in a fixed measure regardless of the quantities of products ordered as clearly highlighted to the customer during the purchase procedure, vary depending on the quantity of products ordered.
1.3 Payment of the price of the Products purchased by the Customer on the Site and of the shipping and delivery costs, as per arts. 2 of the terms and conditions of service and point 1 of the shipping policy, must be made according to the payment method identified by the customer among those available on the Site and compatible with the option of shipping and delivery by the customer selected.
1.4 The Products purchased will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer.
1.5 Couriers used for deliveries do not normally make advance calls, nor do they handle requests for delivery of shipments at particular times.
1.6 The shipment of the goods will take place with Corriere Espresso.
1.7 The Products are delivered to the courier by the Seller normally within 3 working days following the moment in which the same Products are actually available in their warehouse, except as provided in the following art. 1.9.
1.9 In case of non-delivery of the Product due to the absence of the Recipient Customer at the address, the courier will leave a non-delivery notice containing a telephone number, inviting the Customer to contact him; in any case it will carry out, on the following day, a new delivery attempt. If within 48 hours after the non-delivery the customer has not made any telephone contact, the courier will be entitled to return the Product to the Seller.
